Issue's still not fixed. Bought the Complete Season (Ep 1-5) today on the sale and in it's description it says to contain Ep 1-3 and the Season Pass - I downloaded everything, but the Season Pass isn't showing up and game doesn't recognize it either. On Xbox Marketplace I can buy the season pass, but not download it.
Will I get the other episodes when they arrive? Will I get the bonus on Pre-Sequel? How on earth can you screw it up that badly? Come on, you're on Ep 3 now and you knew about these issues right from Ep 1!
I have the exact same issue.. Just purchased the complete season today but no season pass downloaded.. Still showing that I have to buy it.. Hopefully we can still download the new episodes when they come out...

@GEAR_PhanZero and @RoJay17 Please note that after purchasing the Tales From The Borderlands Season Pass, it is then tied to your Xbox Live account, and you will be able to download Episodes 4 and 5 successfully when they are released regardless of the in-game messaging. As the Season Pass is tied to your account, you should be able to receive your Exclusive Loot/Unlocks in your SHiFT account for The Pre-Sequel. Please make sure to look over The Exclusive Unlocks Now Available Thread to make sure you have met all of the requirements to receive your in-game unlocks.

Nope, no unlocks in Pre-Sequel. On the site you linked it says I need:
Xbox One:
1) Valid SHiFT account required.
2) Valid log in to Xbox Live required.
Your unlocks will then be applied to the Xbox One version of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
So, I got an SHiFT account, which I am able to use in the game (used it to get some golden keys from twitter promotions, so it works and is valid) and my Xbox live login... well, I'm currently on Xbox Live, playing and talking with others in a party, so I guess everything's fine with it. But there are no unlocks whatsoever in TPS, when I check into my SHiFT account.
I have high doubts I'll see episode 4 and 5 when they are released, as I don't see any indication of me owning that season pass. It won't give me the unlocks on TPS, what makes you think I'll get the upcoming episodes from it? So what next?

For clarification: I bought Borderlands: The Handsome Collection and Tales from the Borderlands Complete Season with the same account. Borderlands: Pre-Sequel is linked with my SHiFT account which I used back on Xbox 360 in Borderlands 2, and it worked with all the golden keys that were given out on twitter. I usually enter the codes on my console, and they work in B2 and B:TPS, respectively. I guess the issue is that B:TPS isn't recognizing that linked-to-my-account-season-pass. Friends of mine, who have the season pass as a real download, were getting the unlocks, me not.

If you've purchased the Complete Season Bundle of Tales From The Borderlands, the Season Pass should be tied to your account. You can verify this by looking in your Purchase History Can you please clarify if you have started both The Pre-Sequel and Tales From The Borderlands while connected to the internet to ensure they are both updated to the latest version? After doing this you should be able to see your Unlocks appear in your SHiFT account. If you still encounter any problems after you are sure you have met all of the requirements, I recommend contacting Gearbox Support directly for further assistance, as your SHiFT account may not be updating correctly.

My console is always online, so yes, both games are updated and I was in both of them while trying to get my content. What do I have to look for in my purchase history? It just says I bought "Tales From The Borderlands Complete Season", without any mentioning of the season pass.
So guess after Microsoft Support and this support board here I'll try Gearbox next... sigh After all the troubles I had with the season passes for TWD and TWAU I guess I should've known better to buy a Telltale Game which is not yet completed. When I bought games with all their episodes, everything was fine, but getting stuff mid-season is next to impossible... Great games, but the season passes are still a big pain in the ass.
