The Log- He just seemed flat and boring. He was the first character Clementine turned to for help, and once he did (or didn't) help, he was just forgotten. The log could've been more and I would go as far as to say that the log could've made it to the end and still retain his value as a character. If Telltale just assigned a good writer, devoted to him and his development as a deuteragonist, then season 2 could have been everything we wanted and needed.

The three biggest for me.
Luke: He was flat, just there to be nice and look attractive.
Nick: Had tons of potential in episode two and after that became Luke's cheerleader.
Sarita: Ooh boy don't even get me started on this one, we literally learned nothing about her asides from being Kenny's girlfriend.
