I have played the previous seasons (1&2) on an Xbox 360 but I will get season 3 on my PC instead.
I am wondering if there is a way to convert the save data from my 360 so it can be used for PC.
This also goes for TWAU if there will be a season 2 eventually.

    I don't think so, you will most likely have to buy Seasons 1 and 2 on PC (like on Steam or from Telltale's site) and play them again, same goes for The Wolf Among Us.

    I have a similar problem I played season 1 & 2 on 360, but I plan on playing season 3 on Xbox one. Probably doesn't matter anyway choices don't matter. Season 1 choices hardly affected season 2.
