I'm all for having Clementine in season 3, but you don't know that they've implemented her as the protagonist already, and you probably shouldn't keep high hopes for it even if there is a high chance she will be the main protagonist.
It's funny to see all these comments when you're a developer at TTG, since they already made their choices and aren't going to put their resources into a new one.
