Playing Season 2 on a Different Console

Hey guys, I played season 1 on xbox 360 and just bought season 2 on PC. As I understand it, the decisions made on the first game effect the second. I'm wondering if there's any way I can edit some files or something to tell the game which decisions I previously made. Any help would be much appreciated.

    You can play season 2 without your season 1 save. Youll only get very small differences in dialog, they are very unnoticeable and to answer your question, you cant :(
