I bought the multi pack and I still can't play the episodes

I just purchased the multi pack for my son on his iPod. It was purchased and everything but before I could see the episodes that were downloading, his iPod died. I plugged it in to charge and it is saying I have to buy them all over again. However when I check and recheck my bank statement $20 has been deducted from my bank account. But I have no new episodes. I'm not going to repurchase something that I already bought. I either need refunded my money or episodes 2-5 and 400 days.

    Did you try re-installing?

    I'm reinstalling it now on his iPod. But I then installed it to my phone under the same iTunes account and I still can't play the new episodes.

    I reinstalled it back on his iPod and now episode 2-5 and 400 days say Coming Soon???
