Additionally, there is a chance that Telltale or some other website might record the panel on their own and upload it on their YouTube channel. So, basically, don't worry - chances are good that at least someone has you covered.

As Blind Sniper said i will be able to record it but PAX is also pretty good at archiving their streams (as some streams don't get archived) so it should also be on their Twitch archive once it has finished.
