Honestly, if Season 3's premiere isn't till like February 2016 or (holds in emotions) later, I personally wouldn't want the DLC till like September or October.
Most likely after Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones finish up, and probably after the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode has premiered.

I would say except news this summer, but don't except an actual release until early 2016. Telltale has to wrap up Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands, and then they are gonna launch Minecraft: Story Mode first.
