Importing saves from season 1 to season 2

I played season 1 and 400 days, unfortunately I didn't keep the game and I did delete them. Because I actually played the game, I wanted to know if I could play season 2 without any regrets, or should I instead try to work out how to get an alternative save session of walking dead 1.

Any idea? I re-installed walking dead 1, but the save were not sync with steam as I was expecting.
