Would You trade Kenny for Lilly?

So i was watching a walkthrough of season 1 and the question hit me.

If given the choice would anyone trade Kenny's spot to Lilly?

( Keep in mind this not only would involve Lilly being in 2-5 no matter the choice but also various attempts at having a good relationship with Lilly.)
