Season Three - First Episode (My Version)

edited January 2015 in The Walking Dead

The first episode is called And Life Prevails

Alone - It has been six months since the events of Season Two, Clementine is only slightly older and the story is set in summer. Her and AJ have been living in Wellington, during which she has been learning how to shoot, survive and even more from well-earned survivors and such, whilst also having AJ taken care off by the community. The place is fun, fine and the group works together quite well though disruptions begin. The leader is Lilly, yet she runs a council consisting of other survivors and characters. The episode spans out, taking Clementine to explore Wellington, meeting new characters and integral parts of Wellington.

Clementine is being trained by Lilly to be a future leader of Wellington, and so sits in another council meeting. Things get heated between Lilly and a certain member, Alex who wants to involve more people into Wellington whilst Lilly wants to look after the survivors they have as Wellington has been closed off and no new members have been allowed. Both Lilly and Alex asks what Clementine wants - Whether you want Wellington to be open or closed.

They remember your choice, as afterwards shots can be heard outside, as Lilly and the other members run out, they watch as some walkers are handling some screaming children and adults who are trying to get them off. Clementine and Lilly notice AJ is in the "Children" section of Wellington, which walkers are heading to. During this shoot-out, both Lilly and Alex are being grappled by walkers, you choose which one to aid. No matter what you choose, they both live yet remember you either saved them or didn't.

After the walkers are dead, and everyone is safe. Clementine and Lilly find other survivors who conclude that a certain elderly character died, and turned during the morning, biting people in their sleep and then the walkers must have found a way out. Lilly tries to think of how they turned, whilst Alex think they may have died from old-age yet Lilly is suspicious that isn't the case. However Edith (the guard who you meet if you go to Wellington with Kenny in Season Two) quickly calls over to Clementine and Lilly, telling them someone is waiting for them. Clementine and Lilly walk over to the gate, looking down they looked shocked, and the episode cuts.

Leave Kenny By Going Into Wellington - Same thing happens, except the shocker as to what Lilly and Clementine are staring at is different.

Leave Wellington With Kenny - Same thing happens, except Kenny is already in Wellington with you and he helps defend AJ when things go wrong. He is also found looking after AJ, and is shown to have a rocky relationship with Lilly. For example, if you talk to Kenny, Lilly will interrupt and ask you to come to the council meeting. They will address each other in a somewhat hostile way by saying just their first names and sort of glaring at each other, but they don't outright argue.

Go to Howes with Jane/Without Family - Jane is shown looking after AJ, doesn't necessarily have that much of a relationship with Lilly and still dislikes looking after AJ. She mentions the family to Clementine and whether it was right to leave them behind, and it is mentioned that they are dead.

Go to Howes with Jane/With Family - Jane is shown looking after AJ, however you may also speak to Patricia (woman who you can let in, part of the family) who thanks Clementine again for saving her and you can play with Gill who is being trained how to shoot a firearm by another character. Randy is nowhere to be seen and it is implied he died whilst they headed to Wellington.

So I hope you guys enjoyed reading. What do you guys think? Would you like to see the second episode? Any questions? Any interests?

  • I love that idea for the alone part, I think that would be an awesome episode to play/watch, One thing I dont really like is that they all end up in Wellington, which personal I dont like that much and I think its gonna get fucked over eventually and thats putting Clem/Aj/Jane Kenny etc at risk...

I think the hatred towards both Lilly and Kenny should kind of get stronger as, Kenny murdered her dad and then voted her off of the rv because she shot Doug/Carley..
If you kept her in season 1 and she drove off with the RV then Kenny won't trust her at all, but if you left her on the side of the road then Kenny trusts her a little not with his life but enoughto maybe save Edith/ someone else not..

It's something that will be brought up in future episodes ideas, if people want to see it. The reason everyone gets to Wellington is simply because Telltale won't be able to branch out into too many story lines and this would be more realistic, but your outcomes will be explored throughout the season.

But thank you, I'm glad you like it.
