Episode 2 Problem

Sorry for my poor English but I need help seriously.
I have problem in this scene. The woman and man does not talk and woman shots the guy. I tried 10 times and i watched gameplay. But in my game -ps4- the guy just dies. The woman doesnt walk back and no conversation. She just said dont come here etc.
Any help please?

She will eventually point the gun at you, then you have a chance to talk to her. Open the conversation and say the less aggressive thing, this will back her up the stairs, do it a few times and your golden. If she points the gun at you stop moving immediately or she will shoot you. Hope it helps.
