Do we have to buy TWD again?

I'm all for buying season 3, when it comes out, but do we have to buy the first two seasons again for the ps4 before it comes out so it will keep all of our choices? Are there going to be ps4 versions of seasons 1-2? I'm just curious.

    PS4 version is already out. You have to buy it and play from the beginning. For xbone you do so I'm assuming the same for PS4
