Another villain I'd like to see, is one that sees himself as the next Alexander the Great, or Julius Caesar.
Someone who has a craving for power and greed, who now in this apocalyptic world, is trying to raise an army to accomplish that goal.
Someone, who like Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar, is a cultured and well educated man, but unlike Carver, is not merely interested in one little remote corner of the world.
Someone who does posses some very noble qualities; and commits some very noble actions, both brave and kindly actions.
Someone who is a family man, and wants the very best for his wife and children, and who also truly does want to do right by others.
But over the course of the season, he becomes misguided on how to do so, and eventually allows his greed and desire for power to get the better of him.
To have this, as the type of man that Kenny and Clementine come across in their travels.
Perhaps, this man is the leader of Wellington.
And as side thought, to have this man, (who for the sake of simplicity I'll refer to as John), truly become corrupted by his top lieutenant.
His top lieutenant being a greedy, manipulative man; who has no conscience whatsoever, and who is aware of his leader's weaknesses; begins to play on them, and causes John to eventually lose his way, and become focused on his own selfish desires.
So to put it in layman's terms, to have a character who starts out as good, but through the course of bad association, becomes greedy and power-hungry.
But if she were to be the villain of Season 3, wouldn't it be logical to assume she would no longer be the PC character, in that case?
And if that were indeed the case, who would be the new PC character for season 3?
If I'm honest, I'd really like that
Season 2 was all about Clem's character, which by the end of the Season still wasn't really resolved… more. But it'd be good if some of those choices from S2 and choices in S3 could make Clem's character more definite (eg; if you make your Clem overly "bad", then the choices you get might be limited to mostly just "bad" decisions). That way you could actually determine Clem's character for yourself, and personally I'd make her as much like Carver as possible !
Well, maybe they could give the player the chance to make Clem more of a villain, or vice versa. Obviously she wouldn't be the main villain because, as you say, she couldn't be the PC. If you were given the chance to make evil choices that made her a villain (to the other characters) then that would be awesome!
But if TT were to literally replace her in order to make a villain (which I really, REALLY wouldn't like!) then they'd probably go with Alvin Jr.

And to build a little more on the type of villain I'd like to see in Season 3.
I'd like him to be a man between 30-40 yrs old.
A big guy, say about 6'4ft, and about 225lbs, and who is muscular.
Who has a deep-booming voice.
And who has long-wild looking hair, and a big scraggly beard, you know, like an ancient Celtic warrior.
Someone who looks like they could take down a whole platoon single-handed!
I don't know.
I love his character, personally.
Everyone has good and bad qualities.
I choose to look at his good ones.
I guess what so many can't stand, is that he is very stubborn.
However, many men have that same attitude.
Well, maybe they could give the player the chance to make Clem more of a villain, or vice versa. Obviously she wouldn't be the main villain … morebecause, as you say, she couldn't be the PC. If you were given the chance to make evil choices that made her a villain (to the other characters) then that would be awesome!

Yea. Carver was a really good character in E1 and E2, and if I'm honest he was still a bad guy, but in the end they could have done a lot mo… morere with his character. What you suggest though would be perfect.
This reminds me of (yes, I'm a bit of a history nerd) a Jewish man in WW2 who was put in charge of one of the Polish Ghettos. As his story seems to go, he at first did a lot to help his fellow Jews in the Ghetto- they set up free health care, a police force, etc- whilst he also had to negotiate with the Nazis (they were having to make stuff for the Nazis, see, and he wanted a good deal for the workers). But as time went by and the Nazis came to the conclusion that they would gas the Jews this Jewish man actually allowed the Nazis to take Jews to the death camps (though whether he knew about the death camps is questionable).
