Based on what I'm seeing, people are either saying, "This is one of the best episodes the series has ever done," or, "This episode was shit, nothing happened and this was the worst." I think it's safe to say that this will become the most polarizing episode in TWD.
1) You kill off T-Dog right after Oscar shows up, 2) You kill off Oscar right after Tyrese shows up, 3) You kill off Bob right after Father Gabriel shows up, then 4) You kill off Tyrese right after Noah shows up. Would anyone want to make a bet as to how long it'll take for Father Gabriel to die once Morgan shows up?

Though I haven't watched Season 5 as of yet, just reading synopsis of every episode so far...I'm probably in the minority who feels that Noah gets way too much hate than he deserves. According to the fandom he's perceived as a doom-magnet, much like how Ben is in the Telltale games, mainly because his actions indirectly causes Beth and Tyreese's death.
Looking up how Beth and Tyreese dies, I'm pretty confident that Noah are not responsible for their deaths whatsoever. Beth dies due to her own impulsiveness with her scissor-stabbing at her captive who had a gun in their hand, and Tyreese dies because he allowed himself to be distracted and ended up ambushed by a walker who bites him.
Unless I really don't have the full story, I can't see how Noah is responsible for their deaths at all.
Also, one other thing not enough people give Noah credit for: the zombie that bit Tyreese was his own brother. He dispatched his own brother without hesitation in order to save Tyreese. To be able to do that without blinking would take a hell of a lot of willpower. Not to mention, this is directly after learning that his entire family is dead, and after finding his mom's corpse.
But you'd be right, neither deaths are really on Noah. People just like to scapegoat who they perceive as the weakest link (like with Ben)

I have a question, when Beth appeared in the hallucination and was singing, was that song one of Emily Kinney's?
Damn straight. All the artsy-fartsy movie cliches in the world can't compensate for killing the black guy...again.

I'm starting to see why Telltale decided to keep Clementine from shooting Mike.

This Black Highlander thing kind of confuses me, why don't Michonne and Sasha count?
It only applies to black males.
The Black Highlander Rule is an equal opportunist. It wouldn't want to be sexist now would it?
