Walking Dead Season 2 (PS4) Trophies not unlocking.

I played through the first episode and not a single trophy unlocked. I deleted the game and save, reinstalled and played through again, this time the first 4 trophies unlocked but no more after that.

Is this a known issue? Anyone have any ideas as to what it is I am doing wrong?
