I Need a Huge Favor, whoever does it will be considered incredibly awesome

I'm making a fan made trailer for The Walking Dead: Season 3, and I need the speech that Walter says to Clementine with Clem saying "It's never that easy". However, this is the tricky part, I would need it without music. There's a guy on YouTube who uploaded almost all the Season 2 dialogue, except for Walter. If someone would do this for me, you will forever be considered, incredibly awesome.
