Lee is the player, how he acted towards them would be exactly how the player wanted to act towards them
I'd imagine he would be thankful and happy to see Clem is alive and surviving but feel sick and saddened at the same time that she's growing up cold and merciless in such a fucked up world. Having lost her childhood so abruptly and turning her aspiring potential as a human being into a courageous, steadfast survivor of an apocalypse.
Kenny- Obviously he would be happy to see him again, but similar to Clementine, he won't put up with his BS.
Mike- Mike and Lee would get along great
Bonnie- I think Lee would forgive Bonnie
Carver- Not. Well. At. All
Carlos- He would respect him, but not be happy by his distrusting nature and sheltering of Sarah
Rebecca- Rebecca and Lee would get along fine
Vince- They would definitely relate
Russell- They would be neutral

I didn't publish it yet, but thank you.
I put up an authors note on the archive but I have not yet published the first chapter. It will be coming out SOON............Nah, just kidding, by next week I plan to have at least the first two chapters out.
I meant to have it out sooner, but the outline I had for the story changed when I really started thinking about it. The stuff I wanted to do with the season could not be done in 5 or 6 episodes, unless there were lots of time skips. I started to think of new ideas, new locations, new characters, and returning ones, and I canned the first chapter. I've been hard at work on it and it will be up soon.
Basically Crossroads is the equivalent of a Season 2 DLC and then season 3 would come out.

Carlos: He would be to Carlos what Chuck was to Lee; trying to help him prepare Sarah once he notices the parallels between her and Clem.
Luke: He'd totally share a drink with this man.
Kenny: He'd share a drink with this man, too. Then probably glass him afterwards.
Nate: He'd share a drink with this man, but then he'd realize "wait a minute, you're not Kenny!" Then glass him anyways.
Clementine: Either pride or disappointment, depending on how you played her.
Mike: They'd have a mutual respect for one another up until episode 5.
Jane: He'd be on okay terms with her, but would disagree on some of her world views and methods/ethics.
Russell: He'd probably see him in a very similar light to Ben. As such, he'd probably try to support him the best he could.
Rebecca: They'd butt heads at the beginning, but would get friendly fairly quickly afterwards. She'd remind him of Christa to a degree (a similar headstrong personality, capable and tough, etc etc)
Bonnie: He wouldn't fully trust her. He'd play along and be on good terms with her, but he'd have his doubts to her motives.
