Confused, Do save files cross platform with sony's consoles

Just finished playing season 1 and 400days with psvita (psn version), while its great and all, i particularly hate that some lag and frame drop happen here and there, so i thought that if i play season 2 on newer consoles, it might help smooths gameplay.
is my saves compatibles with ps4's season 2 and carries my decision over?
im playing on US region, btw.

    As far as I am aware, you might be out of luck here. I don't think you can port over the saves.

    Nope.

    You'll have to buy and play Season 1 on the PS4 for your decisions to carry over.

    thanks for the heads up.
    seems its vita version again for season 2 for me.
    playing a whole season 1 again in a very short span would wear me up before even season 2 starts

    Based on the fact that they limit your save slots, I blame it on telltale
