I had to delete s1 ep2-dlc and s2 ep2-4 to update my ipad, then I wanted to install them again but I was like, I can't play it until S3 is near so yeah I know how you feel u.u
Depression IMO is only a state of mind, do things that make you happy, not depressed. Like sometimes when my neighbors put their trashcans too close to the curb, sometimes... people run into them.
I find in my life, i had to redefine my personal truth when i came back, to the states. Once i made peace with that, that i was not the same person i was six years ago, and i wasn't going to be going back to be that person. i was a lot happier, i think people who are depressed need to be positive, and constantly remind themselves of their own self worth, because if you keep calling yourself names, you are going to believe it. It is all about retraining the brain, working on that self esteem.
I think physical health is very important when it comes to mental health. I am huge into fitness, i go to the gym every day. I am addicted to it.
I agree for my case, however my sister and dad have clinical/hormonal induced depression, and it's really hard, almost impossible for them to shake.
It's the little things in life that makes us happy, and then drive away laughing maniacally. XD
