What does this mean?Is it a spinoff of the comics or a dream or a short story?Anyone who has information about it let me know please.

It's just an alternative ending to one of the comics.
Just a funny thing, like Robo Governor.
It was a fake spin-off ending to one of the comic issues (issue 75?)
