How Can Season 3 Continue? No Clem?
It was clear to see that Season 2 would kick off in the same place for all players because we all had the one unanimous ending to Season One (Lee's death, Clem's survival, etc). But the use of multiple possible ending at the end of Season Two (Wellington Ending, Kenny Ending, Jane Ending, New Arrival Ending or- for me personally- the Alone Ending) has differentiated from this greatly.
How exactly will Season Three have us all get back to the same 'Start Point' if you will? It seems almost impossible. Therefore, I can't help but feel concern that Season Three will not feature Clementine as the main, playable character.
What are your thoughts?

It's been said our final decision will have an influence on season 3, so she will probably still play a part in the next season. Whether she is playable or not, doesn't matter to me much.
I'd say we all end up alone if were lucky there will be a slightly different beginning
Either Sean Ainsworth or Dennis Lenart said in an IGN interview that Season 3 will feature a "new angle," which would lead one to think that Clem will not be the PC again. However, I believe it was in an interview with now Telltale CEO Kevin Bruner that our ending will have a big role in Season 3 (however Telltale also said our choices in 400 Days would have a big role), so that leads us to think Clem will be the PC, or at least involved in Season 3 in some way. I don't know how Telltale will get all the endings to merge, but I figure we would have a 6 episode 3rd season where the first episode is dedicated to our specific ending. By the end of it, all the endings come together and Season 3 starts from there.
As for Clementine, I have very little doubt that she won't be involved in some way. She's been the main focus of the game since the beginning, to throw it all away like that would not sit well with fans. If her story was truly ending, it should be an ending that everyone gets that ties up all lose ends and leaves everyone satisfied, and none of the endings of Season 2 really do that since none of them leave her in a better position than she was before. So it seems likely Clem will be back, and most likely as the PC, since it would be weird for Telltale to make her a deuteragonist, a protagonist, and a deuteragonist again.
