Ive not read the comics but i have researched Negan. Sadly i have a horrible feeling his character is going to suck on TV because of AMC.
They won't allow swearing, the severe ones at least. Negan's vocabulary is basically swearing lol! I hope AMC will somehow allow it
idk they made the govenor better than his comic counterpart IMHO
Is it really Negan's flagrant use of the F-word that makes his character badass or is it his violent behavior and blatant disregard for human life that makes his character so epically cruel? If they can't make the TV version of Negan badass without him throwing f-bombs everywhere then that doesn't say much about the overall quality of the character....or the writing for the TV show

I know who Negan is, he's the guy with the pants y'know he has that face too and he does stuff from time to time. jk
I worry how they'll represent his "care free" attitude in the t.v. show sometimes. I can't imagine how they'll pull it off unless they replace all his "Fucks" with the "Screw" like they did in the Terminus episode.

I think swearing is needed in the tv series. Not as bad as the swearing is in the game but i feel as though swearing in certain situations is needed. The characters boxed in a corner with walkers coming towards them, you're bound to say "oh shit! Fuck!". Pull a Kenny, have a character swear several times during 1 sentance but then tone it down. Not go overboard. Plus if they ever came up with any swear words like "Shitbird", it's bloody hilarious!
