I'm going with Rick. A trained small town sheriff vs. a University Professor that can handle himself in a fight. Unless Lee gets lucky, real lucky, I think the one who uses guns for a living would win.

Um...correction right there bud,Rick actually had only fired his gun once or twice before the outbreak began,and also he hadn’t killed anybody with it so he is slightly better than Lee in using guns.

Lee probably has a size and strength advantage, and he's more intelligent.... but Rick has that cop training (and some vicious, feral fighting instincts. He ripped a motherfucker's neck open with his teeth goddammit). It'd be close, but I'd give it to Rick.

The only person I can think of that really "owned" Comic Rick in a fight was Negan when he broke his leg. But even than, Rick "won" by default because sliced Negan's neck, and he passed out from blood loss. Oh, and Tyreese. He kicked Rick's ass.
But depending on how you play Lee, he can lose to Molly, Kenny, and the Stranger in pretty shameful fashion.
Which time period Rick? Like 3 months in? At the prison? Two years in? When
Gun practice doesn't count? I would assume an officer of the law would have to be trained in such a thing to be hired for the job.

Comics are always overly embellished, so its not really a fair comparison. Comics get a way with a lot more bullshit than film/games.
Really? The only person who kicked his ass was the Governor, but remember that during that fight Rick was suffering from a bullet in his leg, broken hand, and the trauma of just seeing a close friend decapitated a few minutes ago.
Otherwise, Rick held up his own extremely well against Shane and Pete and won those fights. He also beat the shit of Tyreese, a man twice his size.
Both comic and show Rick would beat Lee up. A major thing is Lee's fighting skills are player dependent, so he can suck or he can be an extremely good fighter.
You're talking about T.V. Rick, I'm talking about Comic Rick. They have a different win-lose record. For example, Comic Rick never had a fist fight with Shane or The Governor.
My reply was to @CrazyGeorge, who said that Rick got beaten up by everyone he's fought. In terms of both the show and comics, that's not true.
Well, Rick Currently Has a Broken Leg, No Hand, and He hasn't been on top of Alexandria Lately, But He is still pretty strong, and Very Intimedating.
Lee However, was Not on the strong side, But isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, Had a Murder Record, Killed a Lot of People Post-Apocalypse, and Has No Broken Leg.
Let's Break it down, shall we?
1: Strength.
Lee, While Being an INCREDIBILY Strong Man, Is also weak in a lot of ways, He can't life heavy things easily, It's hard for him to Pry walkers off of him, and He has had his Fair share of Injuries. But, If Clementine is in danger, Lee is quick to jump at these kinds of things, Human Or Walker.
Lee can also Heal quickly from what we've seen, and One Manned an ENTIRE Herd of walkers Using a butchers Knife (and sometimes with out an arm) Like he was Tyreese on Steroids, in one of gamings most Bad. Ass. Scenes.
Rick, Would Probably have more strength over Lee, if Not for the Broken Leg, Considering all of His Police Academy Training, He's also smarter than Lee, and Bit the neck out of Joe, But Carl and Andrea are one of his Biggest weaknesses, If Lee Threatened one of them, He'd give up almost too quickly, But Considering Rick has it in him to Kill a threat without any hesitation at all, Friend or Foe, He might get the drop on Lee.
2: Morals
Lee Has Clementine and Kenny, that he cares Deeply about, He has done more for them than anyone else, and He could probably Kill anyone who Hurts them. But Lee also only cares about surviving with the two of them, and No survivors they find are gonna change that.
Rick cares about Everyone he knows, and all of Alexandria. In my Opinion, Rick Believes the world might be saved one day, So he fights on for the whole world, AND Alexandria. Rick would defenitley win in Morals.
3: The Fight
Lee would probably make the first strike, Taking Rick down a few notches, Rick would then get the upper hand and fight, then Lee would push rick down, as the fight progresses, rick would get angrier, But in the end, rick would paralyze Lee long enough to stand up, and Use his signature "Gun Kill" and Take out Lee. I think so because Lee would not have the same experience rick has had.
Rick would win.
Rick 8 times put of 10.
I'm putting my money on Rick winning this fight. I'd say he's stronger, has had training as an officer, and held up considerably well against Comic Tyreese - who was a fucking brute. As much as I like Lee, I think Comic Rick takes the victory in this fight.
