Clementine's big change wasnt after ___ death it was after ____ death
As the title says. Her biggest change was after Omid's death. After the 16 months her voice is deeper and her words are more like an adult. I really wonder what happened between that 16 months

A lot of crazy sad shit probably happened.
I think both were very important to her overall development. With Lee, she realized that there are people who will use her and take advantage of her, despite her young age, and with Omid, she realized that there is no hope left in this world (Omid being a Persian name meaning "hope"), that's when she lost that sort of cheerfulness and optimism we saw in Season 1, and I'm sure being around a cold and distant Christa for 16 months didn't help.
She was still a little girl when Lee died. But once Omid was gone, she was forced to grow up. If I'm honest, I'd like to see a DLC of those 1 months between Omid's death and the start of Season 2.
To be fair, 16 months happened. When that's almost 20% of your entire life, it's a lot even if absolutely nothing had happened.
But yeah, Omid died just as things were apparently starting to look up for the three of them. It must have been an hard hit.
