The Pete/Nick choice doesn't make sense
In season 2 episode 1 the choice between Pete and Nick is stupid. There were only walkers in front of Pete/Nick that means they could of just turned to the right and run away easily. I just dont get it

The choice is there to create suspence and to give the player the option of choosing, who you can trust being around, and obviously having the extra dialogue for connecting more with whoever you chose to go with.
You know what that scene and those characters are? Wasted potential ;-;
Pete can't exactly run considering his injury, and Pete specifically says that he sees a way out and wants Clem and Nick to get their asses over to him, and Nick obviously doesn't want to leave Pete behind, so it does make some sense
Pete's the only one who'll die in the decision, because Nick will just run off. But the thing with them sticking around in that moment I think it's more of one trying to convince the other to regroup on their side of the river before escaping, and the pair just getting into a big argument about.
Honestly I first saw the decision being between the old nice uncle guy who is bitten, and that young guy who kinda whines a lot that isn't, now make up your mind. Just kinda like...wait...oh god...
Damn I gotta do the rest of those sometimes...ANYWAYS! Being serious I didn't see anything wrong with the decision there. Compared to the unrealistic bull the later episodes throw at you, that river thing on deciding between Nick and Pete was pretty smart.
Now that I'm looking at that video, I'm wondering where Nick's gun went in the beginning of episode 2, it just runs off a reappears in time for Nick to score a sick kill against Mathew.
Maybe everyone has adventure game pockets.
