    They never said 2015, they said that for their upcoming Minecrat game, but not TWD S3.

    I'd say a good guess would be late 2015 or early 2016.

    Keep an eye on Telltale's twitter, they'll usually give more updates when it gets close to release. As well they've said to expect more TWD before Season 3, so there might be a DLC (or it's something else entirely).
