TV Show: Hershel's/ The Governor's death. Favorite only because of the quality of the episode, not because I liked watching Hershel die
Video Game: Lee's death, but cutting through the horde to the Marsh house is a close 2nd place

I cherished all the moments of the entire season 1 and 2
T.V. Show - Gotta go with Shane vs. Rick it's a damn good scene.
