Just playing it again and it's a lot better than I remember. The racoon thing and spending some time with Mike and Bonnie was kind of fun and the atmosphere was awesome. I let Jane steal from Avro this time round
The reason it's called Amid the Ruins is because Carver's camp fell due to the herd at the end of the last episode/beginning of this episode… more, that's why it's called that, and the blood on Clem's face did happen, she rubbed it on her face, along with everyone else, to escape using the herd.
the episode was pretty much "Dailouge and Walking around
I see this problem constantly on the forums, listen, the apocalypse isn't ALWAYS action. Some days it's slow, and you just plan.
Now, I for one agree, Episode 4 was lacking, a lot. But listen, I've seen you comment here, You need to realize that you may have an opinion, but so does everyone else, and I respect your opinion, can you do the same? For now, I have this to say, Episode 4, Not the BEST, But it was okay, sure there was a lot of stupidity, But not everyone can be as smart as a cute 11 year old, now can they? XD
Episode 3 gave you that tense feeling and wondering how will they get out and how the community will fall apart and what will happen to carv… moreor and all that, by far THE BEST EPISODE IN SEASON 2 HANDS DOWN! OH and wondering what will happen to REBECCA AND CARVOR!!
List of reasons why 204 is the episode of the gods:
-The herd(fuck yeah)
-Mike and Bonnie (fuck yeah)
-Raccoons (fuck yeah)
-Arv… moreo (fuck yeah)
-Jane development (fuck yeah)
-Emotional moments (fuck yeah)
-Atmosphere (fuck yeah)
-Hubs (fuck yeah)
-The hopeless, deathly feeling of The Walking Dead (fuck yeah?)
In all seriousness, I don't get the hate for this episode. Save 205, it was my favorite of the season, and save 105, it was the saddest episode for me. I know many people weren't satisfied with the deaths of Nick and Sarah, but the fact that those characters were so great yet died so meaninglessly made the episode all the more crushing.
Season 2 taught me a lesson: People die, not always as heroes and not always in ways they deserve, in stupid ways and for horrible reasons but people die and when there's nothing you can do about it, you end up hating it, I guess the reason why I disliked Amid The Ruins at first was because Sarita, Nick, Sarah and Rebecca died... 4 main cast members it really is The Walking Dead.

Telltale couldn't give us translate what the Russians said.
You know why? Because everything in game we see/hear from the eyes and ears of an 11 years old girl. Do you think she can understand russian? No, she probably can't.
It was useless all right.
* Come on telltale, why nick has to die in ep 4? he really needs to live in ep 4, FIX THIS!
* Telltale cou… moreldn't give us translate what the Russians said.
* Maybe (the episode was pretty much "Dailouge and Walking around)
* What did Avro did something wrong?!
* TELLTALE IS FUCKING LAZY!!! WAKE THE FUCK UP!
Season 2 taught me something as well. Writers can make an 11 year old girl who can barely lift a tree branch overpower a dozen walkers and kick down a door, have a baby who is frozen stiff miraculously jump back to life and have that said "SUPER" baby survive being dropped twice and be perfectly warm with nothing but a little blanket with 0 formula. It also showed me how even 2 years into the apocalypse people are still remarkable stupid (Carlos) and often in a situation when about to be beaten to death forget the gun they have at their hip (Carver). There is also some weird means of teleporting weapons (Buricko and Vitali)

I think Telltale failed that experience to a degree by the strength inconsistencies seen throughout the season plus playing as her seemed like a crutch tbh because the choices were limited

Maybe, maybe not but I wasn't talking about that. Cassada was talking about "why there wasn't any translation of what Russians were saying" and I tried to explain that.

I just don't really post in threads like this anymore, nothing relevant to the conversation, I feel like this conversation is just another rehash of a previous thread. Someone quick make a Troy Defense Post, at least it would be better than this. Arguing about a opinion is pointless IMO.

I respected them as you see everybody who said they love it I didn't struck them by a lightining the only ones I am not respecting are the ones who are being rude ^-^

Wow. That was mature.
Yes, well Your argument is that ep 4 is boring and bland. In a lot of cases, Episode 3 was very boring and slow.
I miss sarah.

Tense QTEs and all that crap? Play The Wolf Among Us, lol. Then talk to me about tense QTEs.
He doesn't appreciate your opinion and he's not obliged to.
Someone please put that gif of Kenny beating that one walker senseless in episode 4

didn't mean to be offensive but I just think people complain to much about the episodes

I am sorry that I don't have time reading all threads to figure out many are about episode 4 ^-^
Thank you ^-^

it's opinions and you are welcome to share yours
I know right you literally steal the medicine to make the story line sensible (those moments when games forces you to do things)
No prob

Arvo my friend blamed us stealing meds while even if you didn't
I guess I should have rephrase that it is totally not Useless just boring
Same. And... wasn't a Troy Defence Post actually created some time ago? I remember something related to Troy, but it might be just meme-fun thread.
2,4, & 6 aare really the MAJOR DOWNFALL OF THE Episode especially 6
Calm down. Writing in caps, bold, and typing really poorly is not helping your case. You played the episode and didn't like it, just move on.
I am sorry, but I joined about 3 days ago in the forums so I didn't know there was alot
Sorry Bold came by mistake, but those are the really wordt things about the episode sorry didn't mean to be harsh
Wait are you talking about him or me?
Well, I just feel you should respect everyone, No matter how rude. Cause trust me, On THIS website, the one thing you don't wanna do is make enemies. XD
You're welcome?
