On "No Going Back" Ep.5
If you chose to cover Luke, Bonnie suddenly blames Clementine. Honestly, is it really Clementine's fault? Luke is in deep shit and he told Clementine to cover him so he can try to pull himself out. What's worse is that Bonnie approached him, adding more weight to the ice, leading to them falling down. If I played this game, I would let Bonnie die. Not only she got everyone in that camp, she would even try to steal the truck (another boat lol) with Mike and Arvo. I think she is only mad because she "likes" Luke, even though Jane captured his heart... sort of.
On another note, I don't see why Kenny let Arvo live. He caused the whole shooting so why not just kill him there? And why not even take the truck immediately? Season 3 better have a good beginning otherwise I'll just watch whoever plays it.

As far as I can tell, Bonnie knows it's really her fault for trying to help Luke, so she's shifting blame onto Clem to make herself feel better because she's in emotional pain or whatever. Clementine is her scapegoat because she was out there on the ice.
Also they kept Arvo alive because the plot wanted to get Luke killed and stir up tension in the group. If they'd just killed him, or left him behind, and headed to the town they were originally headed for they would have been fine. Or at the very least kept him prisoner but ignored whatever he had to say.
Because Kenny's is neither the leader of the group (hint: there is none) nor the only member of the group.
He wanted to kill him, others stopped him. He continued to abuse him, he shot clementine.
Thus it's left purposefully ambiguous over which decision was made.
But the majority of the group opposed Arvo's killing - why he didn't die seems pretty obvious.
That's the sad truth. It's like they have to kill everyone off just like in Season 1. All they could have done was just keep some characters alive like how they do that in the comics. Luke could have been better in Season 3 rather than just simply drown.
I think the Arvo thing is much more important to the plot and clementine's character than just an excuse to kill Luke. They could have killed himon the lake with Arvo dead easily - they just keep going, find a lake, see a house on the other side, and luke died while trying to cross.
The entire Arvo situtuation is based on the lilly situation - how being alone and subequently abused (mentally in Lily's case, physically in Arvo's) can lead you to do terrible things, but that blaming them for the event is somewhat innacurate, hence the purpose of the specific lee flashback telltale chose to use - 'people don't always make sense'.
Him breaking and shooting is an important moment for clementine's development, and how she (hopefully) chooses to deal with him in season 3 shall culminate said tri-season arc.
Yeah I hope there's an option to kill Arvo though. Or Mike depending on who she crosses paths with.
