Well it looks like Maggie will die in S6 of the show here's why :(
I recently searched tweeter feed and saw a post saying Lauren Cohan made her debut in Supernatural as a character named Bela. S6 is still being filmed and this means recording for her character is done which means Maggie is gonna die. Lauren has moved on to Supernatural. RIP Maggie Greene you were a great character

Or, she's just in a limited capacity for either one. Or, Supernatural is being filmed before the Walking Dead. OR, she could be alternating with the scenes she's in the Walking Dead with the scenes in Supernatural. They don't require actors to be on set a 100% of the time. If they're not needed for the block of episodes they're filming then they could easily do something else that fits into that schedual.

I can almost guarantee you that Maggie will not die in Season 6.
i get a weird feeling they are gonna kill her, and try not to take this the wrong way but it is because in the latest episodes she looks less glamorous/sexy and i feel like that is the "hollywood" way of making us care for her less
