Minor Shadow Bug

I'm loving the game, but there's just too much shadow in my game. I might decide to reinstall the game but - if there's anything you can do or tell me, please let me know ~

Volunteer Moderator Edit: I don't know which mobile device this occurred on, so I just moved this thread to the iOS support section for now. However, Telltale's support team will still be able to help as long as you clarify which platform you encountered this on.

    Which platform are you experiencing this bug on? PC/Mac? Your screenshot is not loading so I can't see.

    I'm not Telltale Staff - just a volunteer Moderator, but I can move this thread to the support section where Telltale staff may assist you if you tell me which platform this is happening on.

    EDIT: I see the screen is from a mobile version, but I don't know which mobile device so I'm moving it for now to the iOS support section.

    Sorry for the late reply. Didn't check on this thread until just now. I'm currently playing on the Samsung S6 Edge which should be Android 5.1.1

    Do you currently have any other apps/games open and running in the background? Also, do you possibly have any third-party mods or ROMs installed on your device? If so, I recommend uninstalling them, then try playing the game app again. If you do not, I would recommend try deleting and re-downloading The Wolf Among Us on your device, and see if that resolves your particular issue.

  • I've tried reinstalling, but it hasn't solved the issue. Also, in terms of other background apps and other downloads, my phone is quite new, so nothing comes to mind on that front...

  • This bug is known for monthes now, and happen on all iPhone 6/6 plus and iPad Air 2 but the developpers just ignore us... This is the third thread created about this projected shadows glitch... Maybe it's time to ask for a refund or to spam the telltale game twitter and Facebook account to be considered.
