What do you think of part of my fanfic

I'm writing my own version of Season 2 while adding on the ideas and sometimes changing different parts of the story. I was writing this one part where in short it's Russell and Wyatt who take the place of Reggie. They both befriend the group and especially Clementine. She speaks to both of them and learns Russell is closer to being accepted into Carver's group than Wyatt who is kind of a slacker. She is shown to like Wyatt more, nevertheless Russell still promises to help them once he's in a higher position. They all work on a weapons check on the roof and trying to scout for a herd. One of Carver's right hand man (a muscled schizophrenic infinitely loyal to Carver, standing about 6'8) is sent personally up to the roof to "carry out Carver's word" after hearing about either Wyatt or Russell saying something about helping the captives and intending to kill one of them. He sees that minimal work is being done and Wyatt says him and Russell are to blame for Clementine and Sarah's difficulty. He turns to Russell in hope of support to which Russell says "Speak for yourself". Carver's man hits Wyatt with a single punch, killing him then throwing his body over the side. Russell then says "Better him than me", the man turns with a blank face and says "Better you". The man picks up Russell and brings him to a dark garage with a solid metal door. Carver overlooks as Clementine and Sarah watch in shock. Russell begs for his life saying "he'll scout forever" and not mess up again. He cries and begs as he's thrown in and the door shuts. It's a minor part but I wanted to know how people would feel since we've played as Wyatt and Russell in the past.
