What happened to the Forrester Soldiers?

Everytime I play Telltale Game's Game of Thrones, something just seems to bug me.

There is a lack of Forrester Soldiers in every episode, we barely even see a big chunk of them.

Episode 1 we saw about 19 or 20 soldiers in the Red wedding. Most of them lived.
And then after Ethan's death in Episode 2, we don't see any Forrester Soldiers at all. We only saw them in the Funeral.
And then in Episode 3 there are no Soldiers at all and so on.

So what the hell happened to them? we don't even get an explanation to what was going on to them.

    I assume the ones at Red Wedding got killed after we fled and it's mentioned somewhere that a lot of the soldiers deserted after Ethan's death.

    Majority of them are dead or have deserted it's been mentioned several times.

    Many of them died. It's mentioned that the remaining men (most of them) fled after Ethan's death, also.
