We would've still been at the dairy because the group wouldn't of lefted because of jolene as they hadn't known yet the St. John's were bad. I'm sure if she wasn't shot before telling the truth, Lee would of known she was telling the truth as he had his suspicions. It depends on where you injured her and the extent of her injury. Like I said in a earlier post, if someone you thought you could trust raped and killed your daughter, how would your mentality be? And she did tell them to put their weapons down nicely, it was only after a few attempts when she started getting violent. If she was like as you say she was, why would she want to warn Lee about the St. John's?
1.Lilly (and Larry) would never have tolerated that (bringing her back)
2. she wasn't being cooperative and would have been extremely dange… morerous to handle
3. I never trusted the saint Johns, you just don't have an option to deny them
4. As Deltino said if you injured her enough to take away her threat she would be vulnerable
5. Even if you try to calm her down she behaves irrationally, and extremely violently, and threatens you. So she IS dangerous.
No one is saying it's easy they're saying that it is a justifiable and logical course of action given the circumstances. Also in the game Jo… morelene is not the 1st person that Lee killed/had the option to kill. You also have the fact that in the world of TWD people have been conditioned by their surroundings; Zombies, death, bandits, rapists, and general distrust amongst people make for hardened survivors. Sure episode 2 is near the beginning of the outbreak, so the effect is lessened, but there would still have been a change in those who were still alive.
Oh I was gonna shoot her. I just wanted to hear what she had to say then she'd take a bullet to the head... Then Danny shot her when she was about to say something about the dairy.
She was really unstable and she already sneaked inside the motor inn. She was stalking the group. She needed to be put down at this point.
I think in the moment that Danny shoots her, no. Danny shot her to keep his family's secret, not simply b/c she aimed a crossbow at Lee. But, then again, in a situation like that, it's better safe than sorry, I suppose. I'm very ambivalent in the way I feel about how to handle the situation. However, each time I've played, I have yet to off Jolene myself

Think about it. That woman lost everything she ever had and that led her to lose her mind. She stalks your group and she stole Clem's hat. What would she do next? If the group wasn't stationnary or if she didn't know where the group was holding up then I would consider letting her live.
The Stranger was a similar case and you saw what happened - it's slightly different but close enough.
The group and Clementine were my priority when playing this game, so that's the option I chose. I don't shoot people for fun, if I can give people a chance then I do.
Left, and not gave two shits about a stupid hat. I would of learned that she got in there somehow without anyone knowing, steal her hat, and her escape. I would take that as a personal failure, because i was not vigilant. I never trusted Danny from the start of the game. When they started asking questions, i didn't give any answers, because i knew what they were doing.

What would you have done exactly? And why?
He says at the end of the episode he killed Joelene to keep her quiet. She was about to spill the beans or something like that. Like when you make the choice to kill him or not.

She had a crossbow aimed at me. She threatened to murder everyone at the dairy (Which, by that point, included the entire group). She said s… morehe was gonna cut off my ballsack and pin it to a tree.
All she was missing was a "Shoot me" sign taped to her back.
From a logical standpoint, I would say yes, since she was threatening to kill you. Not sure about a shot in the head though, even if it would've been easier/"put her out of her misery." I looked at the big picture and chose to hear her out despite the risk.

Kenny mentions the bullet at the start of episode 3 when they try to get into the drugstore

Your name suits you
Gotta be. Can't take any more risk than there needs to be.
I had forgotten that. Thanks. He still recovers faster than humanly possible though, especially during episode 2.
Some could say that you are unstable for shooting a woman to death, and take that logic right back on you.
Not as fast as Clementine, she recovered in hours.

The only reason I shot Jolene is because the option was there, but I immediately regretted it.
A shot in the leg would probably be enough. Her daughter was raped, so her behavior is expected

She had a 'how could I help you' sign instead.
