Will Carl(tv) lose his eye?

I personally think he will. I think that in the 2nd half of season 5, he sorta liked being kinda normal. That girl really had him on his p's and q's. I think once he loses his eye that monster he was talking about in "A" will come out and play.

    Rick didn't lose his hand. Carl probably won't lose his eye.

    I actually think that Rick(tv) not losing his hand, and Carl potentially losing his eye, would make that big blowout between them in #143 really emotional. I kinda hated it in the issue. Carl(comic) just sounded like a pussy-whipped, little bitch. Pardon my french, couldn't think of anything that would suffice.

    I take back my first post. Rick didn't lose his hand because Kirkman regretted doing it in the comic book. So their might be a chance Carl loses his eye in the show.

    I really hope so, not because I don't like him (I don't, but that's not the reason why I want him to lose an eye), but because it could be great for his overall development as a character.

    He will. I think Kirkman said that this was a very important moment for the character because it changed him. I think tv carl will become more like comic carl and be a badass. Seems like the majority now prefer the comic carl over comic rick. Honestly, I liked carl untill he grew up and started being a bitch and acting like Negan.

    My money's on yes. They'll be introducing Denise, the doctor character from the comics who saved Carl's life after he was shot, into the show next season. Seems a pretty sure bet.

    You're right. Peopled liked carl more mostly on the issues where he/hilltop/whisperers were the main focus and rick wasn't even appearing in the issues. He was cool untill he ran off with the whisperers and started the whole "I'm not going back, she isn't embarrassed of me and how I look" shit. And to be honest, he is the one that got ezekiel and rosita kiled
