Just wondering, it wouldve been cool if Lee kept it and when he was dying he gave it to her.

    Sadly, the game automatically makes you give it to her.

    You can leave the barn once without giving it to her, but if you try to leave the barn a second time, Lee will go over and give it to her automatically.
