Most of those AAA games got just as replay time as well. The cost doesn't matter because we don't have to wait 1 year to complete the story. If telltales did the same i am sure nobody would mind paying full price.

AAA games are in production for much longer than a year for a complete story, and their stories are usually not nearly as fleshed out as either The Walking Dead or The Wolf Among Us (even two episodes in) when you consider the amount of permutations you can choose from over the course of each game.
If you had to choose between, say, Bioshock Infinite (minus the DLC because that costs extra) and either TWD or TWAU and pay the same, what would you go with? Perhaps you wouldn't find Telltale's games worth it because of the lack of multiplayer, but what about for half the price? Not to mention they take in player input as the game is being made, which is very unusual.

ttg don't normally work on weekends people..unless it's due to a twau ep2 style problem and it's caused a hold up.. and they need to pull out some extra effort to get it out asap. but i don't think we're at that point yet.

It did not say that they can change the terms. Even if they changed it now, they cant legally change anything after they accepted my consideration. Which they did and acknowledged when they gave me episode two.
And it says "By the Summer of 2014" , not by the end of the Summer. Doesn't that mean before the Summer? Oh well the court can decide that. Good practice for when I start practicing law

i reckon there is also a mention of delays/ problems/ dates are subject to change/ release periodically.

For episode 2 they posted the same kind of teasers with the quotes from the game on 31 January first, Then the episode came out on 4th Feb. Now for ep. 3 the first teaser was at 30th March, So i guess in theory, its possible that they release the episode this week, I certainly hope so.
I doubt we see the new episode this week, but I fear if there is no news at all this week ( trailer, announcement, whatever) we're not getting the game until the later half of April. Easter and Passover is coming up.
