No it's correct it constantly fails to load the damn site! It takes 15 minutes to load and every time it doesn't log me in. I don't think my computer can handle it.

It seems slow for me, steam could be having server issues.
When i click on log in i am getting the same slow loading as you, it's probably a steam server issue, the only thing i can suggest is to try again later.

Like I said before, Crapcom turned their backs on the games that made them popular. You're right Nintendo really should buy them but Idk if Crapcom will actually sell them, man if they did though they would treat them so much better.
