This is where they started to pick up the pace in S1, so I believe that itll actually be released in about 4-6 weeks
The wait times for the first 3 episodes was about the same as S1, so it would follow that Ep.4 would be about the same
thank you for boarding the hype train we have arrived at episode3 town and once you enter you will be on the ride straight to episode4screenshotville once again thank you for boarding the hype train
he also said ep4 of wolf very soon. I trust him considering the files have been up for a couple of weeks now and the episiode was certified almost 2 weeks ago.
People are mentioning that TWAU's latest episode has gone into the classification stages but I don't think that means that it will come out any sooner, nor episode 4 of TWD. I think they're just getting ahead of the curve for once.
Industrial Engineer here, I estimated in April that the episode 3 release would be by May 19th (optimistically) www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/66721/probability-when-the-next-episode-is
After seeing Telltale follows a Learning Curve model by improving on each time, I fit a learning curve function to the waiting time data. With this, we can have higher confidence when the next episode is coming out (after doing nonlinear curve-fitting model using mathematica and statistics of the inbetween waiting times Ta-da!):
i.imgur.com/vqrteMd.png
The above probability function I did shows each episodes in-between waiting time. (A filled region of green shows the 95% confidence interval. The red fill shows the extra area included in the 99% confidence interval.)
In general, the expected waiting times for TTG's in-between episodes is 86 days 61 days 50 days 43 days. That is TTG's episodes 3 to 4 expected wait is 50 days OR by **July 2nd**. As an upper limit of the 90% confidence interval, for the episode 4 it will be released by 65 days OR by ** July 17th**
If it was anything like the wait for E3, it'll be 1 week shorter. That counts as shorter in Telltale's mind apparently. Funny how Telltale released 2.5 hour episodes for S1 sooner than they do 1.5 hour episodes for S2 now.

The preview for episode three of season one wasn't overly exciting, but that's one of the heaviest episodes of the whole season, in my opinion. I have high hopes for the upcoming installment of season two.
He, so I'm calling it now (because Telltale disapppointed me AGAIN with the 'shorter wait', wow, one week *clap, clap*)
We won't get th… moree Episode before July 29th, July 22nd at earliest.
This time, I won't get all hyped up for nothing. I have lost hope in Telltale.
July will be it, anyway. At this rate, a June release is 99% impossible, because there's still TWAU.

I can care less about Nate. I want to see what happened to Christa.
My dream of molly returning was shot down when that one lady turned out to be named Jane.
I wan't to see Lilly again as well.
I wonder if Nate will show up in EP4. Seems like the prime time for him to finally make an appearance, wonder what he's been up to. I sure h… moreope the other 400 Days characters get more than just a cameo in the next episode, it was disappointing that we hardly got any interaction with them (besides Bonnie) as Clem.
The entire series is already developed and in hand by Telltale. Making us wait this long is unnecessary and people are really starting to get irritated by TTG decision to wait several months between episodes.

Hopefully June. Originally TTG said 4 weeks wait between episodes, but then they turned around and made us wait 2-3 months between episodes instead.
They said that because people were ticked off at TTG for the outrageous wait times between Season 1 episodes. Worse is that this season has been LONGER wait times. I guess next season I won't be buying until Episode 4 releases. This waiting period is pathetic.
yes I want to know about christa. nate I could careless. but he does interest me where he could be. also molly. as is my theory that jane is molly's sister, I can only hope.

I understand entirely. Everyone is angry about how Telltale lied about their "Shorter" release dates. Anyone who sanely likes their release dates are part of the problem.
3 Months between episodes is pathetic and is not a good business practice.

I just hope the next episode of The Wolf Among Us gets here sooner rather than later.
I always get excited over the release of a new episode only to be left bummed out by the inevitable fact that we'll have to wait god knows how long for our next fix :(
It'll definitely help with the wait for Episode 4 of TWD.
They need to have the voice actors play their parts first, the staff needs to do a few test playthroughs, they send the episodes to their partners (sony, microsoft, pc, mac) for classification, their partners open up a release date window for TTG, a few more test playthroughs, and finally a trailer.

...and you acting like that makes YOU part of the problem. Telltale has these episodes complete months in advance. Look it up. You are kidding yourself if you think they wait 3 months between episodes because they are still being developed.
Just give the fuck up, it's not going to come "soon". We'll have to probably wait another 2-3 months, by tomorrow everyone will be bitching about the release date of episode 4.
I understand why people want longer episodes. More value and more game to enjoy (between waits).
But I live by a code where I don't loo… morek at a games playtime. I look at it's overall quality and my enjoyment from it. I'd rather have a 2 hour game (like Portal) where the entire 2 hours is enjoyable and worthwhile rather than an 8 hour game that has 2 hours of enjoyable and worthwhile content and 6 hours of filler/stuff to drag things out.
So I'm okay with the episode lengths. They're all good and never disappoint me. Both seasons kick ass :D
Sarita must live regardless. Perhaps even if Clem doesn't cut off her arm, someone cuts it off anyways after the episode ends. She might live. It worked for Reggie. It didn't work for Lee, but Lee waited too long.
Will there be a chance to meet with the other 400 Days cast? In that game some chose to join Carver's group, while some stayed behind in tha… moret camp
I also would like to talk with the other cast, because I just wanted to go to Becca's face and just piss her off
man I hope is like some of yall said about picking the pace in season 1. this wait is hard. I cant even imagine the wait when this season end and we need to wait for season 3 ( if they do plan to do a season 3) but with them making game of thrones, borderlands, and ofcourse TWAU and our beloved walking dead game. I just hope they don't start taking on more projects. I just want them to work on walking dead but that's unfair for fans of those other games
Season 3 was already confirmed. Telltale said "There is more Walking Dead after Season 2".
I wouldn't be surprised if Clem dies and we play as someone else. I am starting to think that the reason why Sarah is starting to toughen up is because she very well might be the protagonist of S3.
Anyways, I learned my lesson. I refuse to buy any episodes of Season 3 until at very least Episode 4 of S3 releases. The waiting game is pathetic when its 3 months, especially after Telltale lied and said we would only wait 1 month.

The only exception was Season 1 Episode 2, which wasn't that long.
S1, *Ep5*, no? *Starved for Help* was still a length monster.
