I just tweeted to Telltale with petition, but the limit of letters in one tweet is so small...so I made a petition to save Nick at least until Ep 5, or, if he needs to die sooner, make an option in Amid The Ruins to hug him.
If you don't convince Walter to forgive nick in ep2, then Nick will die... which makes me think that even though he is still alive, he is not an essential character to the story so is most likely going to die
I mean, logically speaking he HAS to die (that's really painful to say). If they give you a choice to kill him off early, the writers can't really write him this big, beautiful character arc that affects the outcome of the story because it wouldn't match the story the people who killed him off get.

nick's not dead yet hopefully his death would be eventful like Ben's that's the least we could hope for now , his death is inevitable i just hope it would be less painful than ep3 ;p. im sort of seeing kenny jumping to save nick and again going into wilderness lol
