Depends on when it started and we don't know when. But It seems that episode 4 received it already so at least we know that July is confirmed for TWD episode.
You can still beat Season 1's episodes pretty quickly, walking around the hubs just made it seem longer than it actually was, although if you go and look at everything and talk to everyone it is longer.
Fun Fact: The Walking dead (Season 1) was only 6 months and the episodes were pretty long, the season 2 started in December 2013 and we are alredy in 7th month and we are still waiting for ep 4! So gavin996 fact is invalid
I know the answer for PSN EU is that if they released it on a Tuesday it'd be the first platform to get the episode and TTG likes people who bought it directly from the Telltale Store to get it first.
