You guys are missing one point, it could be just Telltale's huge mistake, but think about it logically. If they got Arvo guy speaking very clean russian, wouldn't he tell the other russian dabbers how to actually say their sentences to make it sense in russian?
What if it's actually intetional that they spoke like idiots? It will be explained in episode 5 (Arvo survives the shootout and joins the rest of the group?) I'm giving this much bigger chances.

Of course, the accent could have gotten weaker because she spent less time around people who had that particular accent. They were in Virginia, right? I live in Virginia and almost no one in my area has that accent. It's very rare to hear it.

But I couldn't understand what the other people were saying, so I didn't know they got grammar and actual full on sentences incorrect, as well as forced accents.
And I knew Arvo was a Finnish name, because my Finnish neighbor has two dogs, Bunny and Arvo. Arvo has always sounded like a dog's name to me (no offense to anyone named Arvo) to be honest. Maybe Arvo's parents wanted to be unique or something. I'm joking, but yeah... TTG needs to do more research on names. Although, I thought Maud sounded Russian, but I guess not.
Heck, if people who don't speak nor understand Russian can recognize it from Arvo's speech, but not from the other two guys, it is yet another example of how shoddy Telltale's work was.

Not only Ukraine co-existed with Russia for 70 years, it did so for centuries before that as well. People here and there are very similar. Just because I'm from Ukraine doesn't mean I don't know about Russians or their country. Has any one of you tried to translate Buricko's tattoos? I tried it but I'm not familiar with the cyrillic alphabet and the results didn't make sense.

It's probably want you said. In America, my last name is Miller because my great grandparents left Russia went the pogroms were launched. Then Ellis Island changed their name to Miller cus Semichaevsky or whatever it is was too confusing for America. I'll have to ask my dad how it is spelled.
Well that's a crappy law, I don't even undersdand what it's for. I mean, it's not like if you hear swears you will become a bad person or something like that.
No offense to any Russians, but from what I hear, crappy laws is so far the only laws their government is passing.

Oh, yeah, I'm not from Russia. But I guess you're not aware that the political entity, known as the Soviet Union, existed. Otherwise you would know that Ukraine, which was a part of Russian Empire at that time, was one of the founding republics of the Soviet Union, led by the communists, who, effectively forced all the former parts of Russian Empire back together. Not only Ukraine co-existed with Russia for 70 years, it did so for centuries before that as well. People here and there are very similar. Just because I'm from Ukraine doesn't mean I don't know about Russians or their country. And it's not the baldness of that guy that is stereotypical, it's his overall criminal look, with overabundance of tattoos, to boot.
