1) That's fine but this is a story, with characters with arcs. Regardless of realism, every episode so far has shown that characters will have some kind of satisfying arc. No main character will ever just die having achieved nothing because that's not an interesting story and message. So she can die and Clem couldn't save her and it's tragic... but it should've been in a way that allowed her to have purpose. Also the argument of Clem being helpless doesn't really hold water, since she could've jumped down to help if she was that desperate. And the "watch out!" dialogue option implied she noticed the falling floorboard so why didn't she just... catch it before it fell?
2) But she didn't die because she couldn't fit into the tough world. She died because of insanely stupidly bad luck. Not to mention she had actually got to the stage where she wanted to live, as shown by her trying to struggle out of the rubble, so she was potentially growing to that stage but she wasn't given the chance, so it just feels like her arc was given up on before it could go either way.
Okay i have two other reasons for Sarah's death. So it wasn't 'pointless'
1) To show Clementine she is utterly helpless in this world no … morematter what she does her friends will die, to make the player feel like the entire group is falling apart.
2) That only the strongest survive, Sarah was not fit to live in this world no matter how much she tried.
Duck died he furfilled nothing. Shawn's death fulfills nothing. Sarah knew the deck was breaking and she just stood there she didn't run to Clementine, even though the dialogue proves differently I knew she didn't really want to live.
And I felt satisfied with Sarah's death, when she died I knew that she wasn't made to live in this world, and I couldn't change it. It was like Jamie, what was the point of dragging Sarah through hell when all she wanted was Carlos. The only real reason Sarah wanted to live was to see Carlos again, the first stage is always denial sadly that wasn't a stage Sarah could get passed. I don't think it was bad luck, I think Sarah was ready to go. Sarah died achieving a simple fact "Just because you got somone one out of the situation, doesn't mean you saved them"

Yo #TeamSarah could u add this to ur ann post?
http://strawpoll.me/2184028/ - Who do you want Clem to end up with after finale?
EDIT: added Christa and Jane
Added Christa and Jane choices - Christa might be a bit far-fetched, but since we have the baby now it would make sense if she came back. And since Molly was very similiar to Jane it would make sense if Jane came back to change that.

Oh my god a day later and I remember! What did you do first when you discovered TWD? Came up with the idea because the third option was my situation and I wonder if anyone else went through the same kind of thing. I actually watched the beginning of Season 2, too lazy to watch Season 1, and it was spoiled for me all along that Lee was bitten because of the previously. The previously was the first thing I saw when I discovered TWD, and in that previously was Lee dying of course! Than, I went back and watched S1 knowing he was going to die. Ugh.
Maybe someone should make a poll about which writers of Telltale we want to take over season 3 (in case there'll be one?). Obviously we can't bring season 1 writers, but maybe we could get some TWAU writers involved, the connections between episodes were amazing there and that's my biggest problem with season 2.

Given that this is a game, all the "meaning" is relative to what the player feels. Sarah's death had meaning to me because my Clementine was trying desperately to save Sarah, because she wanted to be a good person, not because she actually liked Sarah. Clementine even put Jane's life in danger to protect her conscience. This experience made her realize this. Different moments will affect different people, but that moment was particularly significant for me.

From the characters who died on Season 2, who would you most like to have back?

400 days is missing. I'm not saying that would be my choice... although it might be since it's the only episode without Clem.
Where the hell is Eddie man?
Edit: jk man, I know he's not confirmed.
If Clementine dies in the next episode, who do you want to play as in Season 3?
I'll add it anyway! Thanks for pointing it out!
*EDIT Dammit, I can't add it. Next time, I guess!
