Ideas for protagonists for Season 3
Here's my idea, what if Telltale continues to keep Clementine as the main protagonist of the story but they add in another new protagonist as well! Like Tales from the Borderlands! It would make a lot of things interesting! Imagine controlling the two characters and judging the relationship between the two. Would they have a special bond or would it be a "I can't stand you asshole" kind of a relationship. What do you guys think? Clem and the other protagonist working together!

Well I do want to play as a new protagonist so I would settle for playing as two protagonists and it would make the Clem fans happy and the people who want a new protagonist happy.
I disagree. I want Clem to continue as the protagonist, but what if they changed things up a bit? Think of how it would change the gameplay. You roleplay as two characters at once with them responding to each other or to someone else. And then that brings up the idea of multiplayer, which may not happen but still, with the second player taking control of the other protagonist's actions and dialogue instead.
I want to either play as an older Clem looking after Alvin(I named the baby for myself until the game gives me the option to do so, or at the very least names him itself) or as someone completely new, but Clementine is still alive and in the group.

Dual POVs have done well before and I think it could add some depth if they add a second character, yeah. I doubt they will do this though.
They're already trying that out with their upcoming Borderlands game. But I'd prefer to only play as one character in TWD to be honest.
I don't mind for her remain in the group but I don't want to play as her again. I'd like to play as Kenny, Luke, or Mike

Now, I'd personally like having two protagonists. As long as they don't fuck it up, I'll be fine with it.
Oh! I think I might've heard of her on another thread. But nah XD definitely not me. I'm all the for Luke and Clem being family like siblings. Like how in The Last of Us Joel and Ellie became like father and daughter to each other throughout the course of the game. That's the sort of thing I'd love to see, but Luke being a big bro for Clem.
Besides the father/daughter thing's already been done with Lee and Clem. It'd just be nice to see a game do something different with a sibling dynamic. There's not many games I can think of that have, apart from Fatal Frame 2, but that was more of 'gotta find my twin sister, now where's she been spirited off to now?'.

Brand new character. When i found Clem was the protagonist for S2, i was pissed off and i don't want S3 to disappoint as well. Get someone interesting and i cannot stand another season of playing as a child.

It depends on where you purchase the season pass. It's always $20 on PSN (though I'm not sure if you have a PS3 or not). Otherwise steam is always having sales. During the steam summer sale the season pass cost $12.49. Right now if you check the steam store the game is on sale for $16.74. Popular games go up for sale all the time (every third week maybe?) on steam.
Also, I didn't dislike your opinion if that helps? I was just trying to point out that you could purchase the game for cheaper so if you're dissatisfied with it, it's not that much of a loss; and maybe if it's cheaper you might be tempted to purchase the game anyway even if it would be Clem as the protagonist.
If you add another playable character, then you sort of take away some of the tension, because that sort of means that, at least for a substantial portion of the game, there are two unkillable characters, instead of just 1.
I mean, it's possible to undermine that expectation, but they probably wouldn't if they made the character playable.
Yeah, I almost feel the same. I mean it wouldn't be the same with two protagonists. I like The Walking Dead with just one.

Multiplayer in a game like this. Bad combo.
Well you buy the first episode which is 5 bucks and the season pass is 20, so yeah. The game altogether is 25 a season.
