Lilly -possibly- in 'No Going Back'?! *PROOF*
Nicki Rapp, the voice actor for Lilly's character, made a tweet earlier today that I so happen to be fangirling over.
I know, she could be talking about a different game, but I honestly think that she's coming back in Episode 5. (Yes, that is me fangirling at the bottom of the picture).

"They've wanted to bring Lilly back for a long time now.
There's at least two interviews out there where Gavin mentioned he had recorded audio for Lilly's return with the RV back in season 1, but then Telltale cut it for some reason in the last moment.
Maybe they'll finally bring her back now. This quote is from an old interview, but he's mentioned it again recently in a relatively new interview.
There's also her RV appearing in Amid the Ruins:
They're usually attentive to vehicles. Like how we see the stranger's car when Lee's being taken to prison, and how we see it again before entering the marsh house so we can connect the dots ourselves that it's the wagon from ep2.
In 400 days, depending on your choices, certain vehicles will appear in different places, too. Like how Eddie's car will be abandoned in Gil's pitstop if he left Wyatt behind, or will be at the camp in the end if Wyatt's the one who took the car.
And they've foreshadowed some other things in different ways too, like that Kenny drawing, and the cabin being full of duck references in EP1. The doll that looks like Bonnie, too.
The RV is way too iconic for them to just reuse it's model like that. They could have just not put it there. It has to have a meaning..."

I havent liked her when she shot Carley/Doug but she was nice to Clem if you remember when she mentioned Clem if she gets sick she even gave her the "hair thingies" for sleep. Gosh i hope she comes back she will bring back s1 memories

Actually they kind of do have control of it (jn that sense) , okay so its not the most telling tweet ever but if she does come back her contract likely says she cant announce Lilly is returning as a spoiler, the guy who played Kenny couldn't do it either. That could stretch to not even announcing she was recording.

If she really comes back then that makes me really happy but it still seems like a blatant attempt of trying hard to save the season by bringing old characters.

To be honest I remember Owen Thomas (VA of Omid) posting a Facebook post around 2 months before the Season 2 premiere that fans of a certain character in certain game will be very pissed

Hmm, she could possibly be in Wellington, but then again it's not an official announcement that she's actually coming back. It would be interesting to see how she interacts with Kenny after everything they've been through, and see how she responds to Lee's death depending on how he treated her.

Lol didn't I tell ya'll Lily was coming back, and possibly the leader of the Russian group? Remember Lily keeps everyone on good gun practice, so that could be a new skill Lily learned over the years. Hide in trees and rob people at gun point. Plus Arvo's like the new Ben being taken advantage of. The fake sister he could be talking about is Lily because, she is highly concerned when it comes to medicine for the group.
