Agree with you, the fact Season Two took place in a different State and Clem just so happened to reunite with Kenny was crazy enough, and that's excluding the 400 Days characters. Adding Lilly to the mix would make the coincidence level go off-the-charts.
It's a story-driven game, so if the story's stupid, the game, by extension, is stupid. Personally I don't think they should have found Kenny.
I studied writing and there was an example they gave of a really bad plot device where someone was lost in a wood and heard a cannon fire and when they turned to look towards the source of the noise the cannonball rolled out of the foliage and stopped at their feet, thereby giving the character the route to follow to get out of the woods...the world of The Walking Dead is the woods, the cannon ball is the R.V.
Lilly finding the R.V. and happening to be in the same place at the same time through anything but her own design is dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb, it's retarded. Lilly finding the R.V. (if you left her at the side of the road) is bad enough. It's more likely that someone else entirely drove it there and even then it would be too far fetched to be plausible.
Lilly coming back in the last episode, in the R.V., is just plain stupid (and not in the good way).
jesus people its a fucking game
so what if its unrealistic that Clem met Kenny and will probably meet Lily??
As long as the story related… more to her is good all is good! And in my opinion Lily has plenty of potential in her
left it would be a waste to let her go just because of your pseudo-realism
In a way, I would like to see her come back, but it would also be too unrealistic, like Kenny, for much I wanted Kenny to come back, it was almost impossible for him to live through episode 5 and then find Clem after 16 months !
What if i dumped Lilly? Her still getting the RV would make no sense.
Honestly i really hope this doesn't happen. Randomly bumping in to someone we last saw a hundred miles away once is bad writing (regardless of whether or not you like the character). Twice in one season would be enough to make me consider not buying season 3.

I agree with you. It's the Walking Dead not the Truman Show.
Lilly could have shot Kenny by the side of the road (for what he did to her father). The idea might be for a revenge plot but she didn't seem to have that kind of a problem with Kenny after they left the St Johns.

but u didnt choose to kill lilly, you chose to leave her at the side of the road
'ur not coming with us' is not the same thing as 'rot in hell stupid bitch'
she either was abandoned or stole the rv, you never got the chance to kill her
Imagine her doing that whole rant in the Carley scene while speaking Sim gibberish xD
Oh, and don't be upset about us doing all these crazy theories about Lilly coming back. It was mostly because of the abandoned RV at the latest episode at first, not the tweet or that old interview. If Telltale didn't want us to put two and two together, or at least speculate about Nikki's character returning, they wouldn't have put the iconic RV there.
Thank you! She never stopped working! I hope I didn't say that, because it would be very uncool and totally untrue.
She does work a lot… more, just not in things that wind up on IMDB (which covers a painfully small percentage of VO work and maybe 30% of games). Often times, to get credited on a game, we have to sorta petition IMDB to include our role and that takes time, if it's ever implemented. And if you have to actually make the original listing to get the title included in the first place, it's even more of a mess...
VO work is sometimes sporadic and spotty, so you may not land a gig in a game (reported to IMDB) for a year or two. It doesn't mean you're not working, just that that one website that tracks what folks believe to be the definitive benchmark of work hasn't noticed.
Incidentally, Nicki's work on the Sims that some folks here kinda put down is some of the most difficult, brilliant work in games I've ever heard and was a… [view original content]
Following the road would be so difficult? She'd eventually run into the abandoned RV
Kenny's appearance was way more miraculous, imo.
And I don't think she has anything to do with the Russians at all, just Wellington. We've been hearing about this Wellington place the entire season, mentioned at least once or twice in every episode, and the characters said time and again that many, many people are headed there in hope of shelter. Including our group now.
Is it really far fetched for Lilly to have been seeking shelter there as well? They have been hinting at Wellington being sort of a rendezvous place for survivors the whole Season. Even Clem determinantly tells Kenny and Luke that she wants to go there in hopes of finding Christa.
Totally agree with you. If she's in it it'll be pretty lame.
I had Lee put her back on the R.V. but if you left her by the side of the ro… moread how was she supposed to have found the R.V.?
Assuming she knew where they were going (and wanted to go there too) which she didn't seem to want to do, why would she be there at the exact same time etc. etc.
I guess it comes down to the R.V.-centric revenge plot theory.
If Lilly's in it it's going to suck so bad (and then we can expect Lee to make another appearance and then Omid?). It's not like they're the only people in a world the size of a small town.
And why would she be the leader of the Russians. I think she had military experience but...???
God please don't let Lilly be in episode 5, surely the writers have to have more sense than that. It'd just suck so bad.
I agree with you. It's the Walking Dead not the Truman Show.

Well if she is the leader of the Russians (or part of that group anyway), I think it's more likely she'll take this opportunity to exact some sweet justice on the murderer of her father (justified or not - there are threads for arguing this particular point).
I hope that she and Kenny will finally be able to see eye to eye. The last time they weren't angry at each other was... damn, all the way back in A New Day.
You're right... But I'd be a hell of a lot more hyped if she was set to VA for a character in an upcoming Elder Scrolls game for instance.
Just cause she's only had one "major role" doesn't mean she couldn't get another one
She let out a strong clue in regard to a voice acting role. She even said a lot of people would be excited about it, and last time I checked… more, people won't be as thrilled to have her voice another kid in The Sims than they would Lilly in The Walking Dead. Think about it.
She doesn't HAVE to have stolen the RV. If you decided to leave her she could say something like "after you guys left me, I eventually found my way here.." and if you kept her only to have her steal it she could say "after I stole the RV, I drove most of the way up here, that damn thing didn't get me very far though.." or something along those lines. She doesn't absolutely have to mention the RV, the RV being there could just be a hint at her coming back.

Thanks, Mr Hammon. However, I think people are not necessarily making fun of HER work, but rather, making fun of "Simeleon" or however you call what the Sims "speak" It just sounds goofy and weird to people. I personally do not mind, but I can understand why people giggle and make (bad) jokes about it.

I imagine Lilly making an offer, Lilly: "Okay I will let you all live without harm on one condition...You give me Kenny." You have the choice to say no, but it doesn't matter because Kenny sacrifices himself for the safety of the group. She kills him in front of Clem's group execution style bashing his skull in with a huge stone. That's the way I can see it going down.

So yeah - one can only hope
Now I didn't get to this in the game, but if this is a legit scene from the game (which I can see no reason to doubt), then at least for some people Kenny coming back was some straight up resurrection shizzle!

Let me give you the cold-hard fact why Lilly didn'treturn later in Season 1 or the beginning of Season 2.
According to Kenny's VA (Gavin)… more, when Telltale decided to strip Lilly from the comics and TV show with Lilly from the game, they uncovered an unknown problem with copyright issues over who owned both Lillys. Ever since then, Telltale has been fighting over Lilly's character. Now, we might see that Telltale has won that battle.

Clem: "We have a bearded Kenny."

They need to maintain suspension of disbelief. So yes having it be at least vaguely realistic is important.

-crosses finger tightly-
Actually.. With a horde of zombies coming your way. It is
go play season 1 again
Her in a military-ish outfit would be way cool.
How is a tweet clearer than showing his face in the slide?
Simlish Lilly!
Imagine her doing that whole rant in the Carley scene while speaking Sim gibberish xD

You mean like she's been hunting them down this entire time to get revenge? Sounds a lot like the stranger storyline from the end of season 1...

"I'm just
afraidhoping that Lilly will give Kenny the saltlick treatment if she returns..."/Fixed

Except it wasn't really you, it was Lee-you. You're just sweet little Clementine to Lilly probably
It would be cool to see Lilly and Kenny straight with each other.
I remember Kenny saying something about trusting Lilly in EP3, despite they fighting all the time.
Lee: Do you trust everyone here?
Kenny: Well,I obviously have my problems with Lilly, but I don't distrust her.
I imagine Lilly making an offer, Lilly: "Okay I will let you all live without harm on one condition...You give me Kenny." Seems like Kenny did alright!?
That would work for me
I know, I've said that in other posts. Too much of an echo of the first finale.
Wouldn't it be amazing if clem saw the rv and there was a choice to tell Kenny!!!!!!
IT'S THE REAL KENNY!!
Best shipping ever! If they'll ever have kids, they can tell them how Kenny bashed their grandfather's skull with a saltlick. Lol.
insert a joke about Conchita Wurst here
That horde of zombies came way after Lee's group left on the train, giving Lilly plenty of time to hide in the woods. The road is too dangerous.
Kenny used beard attack TANK HAS BEEN DESTROYED
I feel you, bro.
Bonus E: [Hug the shit out of Lilly]
And Lilly knows Christa.
EVEN BIGGER FUCKING PLOT TWIST
CLOSE ENOUGH
The RV ones? yus.
The one with me fangirling at the bottom in the twitter pic is mine. c:
Some people just assumed he'd come back when he was a placeholder for the thumbnail.
Wait this Lily is the same as the one in the comic??? Or like you said its a completely different character? ?
