If Wellington has gained a formidable reputation as a post-apocalyptic sanctuary, it wouldn't be a stretch for Lily to hear about it through the grapevine. That's all I'm sayin'.
Randomly bumping in to someone we last saw a hundred miles away once is bad writing
You know normally, I would agree with you. But maybe not for this universe. In the TV show when Merle and Andrea find each other after not seeing each other for months, Merle says, "Bet you were wondering if I was real....I guess this old world gets a little smaller towards the end, huh? Ain't so many of us left to share the air, right?" From a probability POV, that makes sense. The longer into the ZA it gets, the more likely you are to meet up with other survivors, even if they were far away before. Survivors will find other survivors, and they'll find other survivors too. I'm not talking about Kenny escaping those walkers miraculously; I'm saying separated people meeting up again may be more likely than we think.
What if i dumped Lilly? Her still getting the RV would make no sense.
Honestly i really hope this doesn't happen. Randomly bumping in to … moresomeone we last saw a hundred miles away once is bad writing (regardless of whether or not you like the character). Twice in one season would be enough to make me consider not buying season 3.

Don't let them walk over you...
So yeah, Walking Dead's season will be Over soon...… more Hinting that she's coming back for the finale?
Or it could be simply don't let the walkers walk over you.An analogy for not letting them kill you.
Well, at this point I'm almost sure it's Lilly now....
I'm not sure how to feel about this.....even if she comes back and she has a mind blowing moment, the only thing that would be on my mind is… more just how convenient the fact that Clem somehow managed to "reunite" with two persons she most likely thought they were dead in a week is. Will people not scream "bad writing" then? And rightfully so if this turns out to be the case.
If this would happen in the third season I'd be okay with it, but it's way too soon now. Bring Christa back instead.
Great observation. I would like to see her back. Maybe like end the episode with her? I think that would be awesome. If Clem is like alone and than out of nowhere you hear Lilly say something like "Its been a long time Clem" and BLACKSCREEN. I got chills just thinking about it.
Guys I think I have some evidence which throws the tweet out of the window.

The difference is that in the TV show. They haven't traveled all that far yet. If anything the world gets bigger as transport would get slower. Over time as population declines people you meet are more likely to be people you know, but you are less likely to see people at all.
It does make more sense that people could congregate to certain areas that are interesting for whatever reason (the helicopter crash acts as this in the show). I do accept that as a fairly plausible explanation for Lilly's return (provided she is in Wellington and not with the Russians), but doesn't work for Kenny since they found each other at a random ski-lodge in the middle of nowhere.

Kenny's been ruined, he's more irritating than ever, in season one he was a great emotional realistic character but since he cameback he's just been a complete annoying dick.
I guess what you said about loss of transport making the world bigger is true. But I feel as groups fall apart and lone survivors of old groups move on, they'll likely find others eventually, unless they choose not to....
For Kenny, it wasn't exactly in the middle of no-where. There were people passing by the bridge and lodge all the time, as Matthew said. Kenny and his group were on their way to Wellington before the cabin group found them too, so again Wellington is the rallying point plot device. I'll admit it is annoying they just popped him in there out of the blue, but it's still possible.

Its pretty obvious why. She was protecting the group from whom she thought was stealing supplies. She stole the RV because she was afraid Lee would tell Kenny was was escaping. Being afraid for her life wasn't wrong.
If it is Lilly, I wanna see how she'll explain why she killed Carley/tried to kill Ben (and stole the RV) to Clementine.
At the very least, let her be repentant for those.
I don't think it completely throws the tweet out the window but i did notice that Nicki said she recorded at Outpost Studios Inc but i am pretty sure Telltale normally do all their recordings at Studio Jory, i could be wrong but i think it would be better to try and not get to hyped as it could lead to disappointment if Lilly didn't return.
Could there have been a possible studio change though? Maybe Nicki's schudule is a little packed so she can't fly all the way over there? I don't know. But I do know that on twitter she posted a picture of her and the VA for Bigby Wolf. Doesn't say much, but it kinda relates to Telltale in a way?

Have you even played season one at all? Kenny has always been a dick. You just need to get used to that.
Lilly coming back is more realistic than Kenny's return, and I'm sure that Lilly won't be as annoying as Kenny. And it makes a great plot for season 3.
Kenny's been ruined, he's more irritating than ever, in season one he was a great emotional realistic character but since he cameback he's just been a complete annoying dick.
If you don't see someone die onscreen there is a very good chance that they can come back later alive, especially in a story like the Walkin… moreg Dead.
Hell, sometimes even them dying does nothing to dissuade fans from theorizing about their return. I could bring up the subject of Lee's very unlikely survival sometimes brought up on the forums, but I personally enjoy my friend's take on Omid: The bullet wound didn't kill him, but he became moody and withdrawn afterward and with the possible death of his child he left Christa and Clementine alone and is now surviving somewhere in the woods.
Okay, I have thought about this a bit. At first I was opposed to the idea of Lilly returning, but now I am more open to it, but only if it i… mores done right. Meeting Kenny in Virginia after 20 months or so apart, just by chance, was pushing the disbelief factor a bit. Don't get me wrong, I like Kenny, even with all his flaws. It makes him a very human character. But if we meet Lilly at Wellington I could certainly believe that more readily. Everyone is heading there apparently. Everybody hears about it. If it exists and is still up and running, it would be believable that she could be there. Along with maybe Christa, or the 400 days characters who didn't go with Tavia. That is a lot more realistic and believable than "hey I just randomly stumbled across you guys like I did with Kenny".
If it's done in a way that isn't too contrived or silly, then I will be all for it. I liked Lilly's character, it would be nice to see her again.
Not Really looking forward to seeing Lilly again, I hated her for shooting Carley, Helped smash her fathers head in and left her on the road. If she gets another one of my Group members killed for no reason like Carley I Will flip. Its going to be awkward if she comes back..
(Assuming this whole tweet that kind of spoiled it for me is just some Game of Thrones or Borderlands game she is working on.)
my clementine would give lilly the biggest hug ever can only be bigger if lee wasn't dead and she never hugged kenny just a glare and at the dinner in episode 2 she told luke she hates kenny

It's possible that there was a studio change, but i think she lives local as her tweets say they where tweeted from Oakland CA which is really close to both studios (about 10 miles to Outpost Studios Inc and 25 miles to Studio Jory) so i don't think distance would be a problem.
I think it will be cool to see Lilly return but i personally am not going to get my hopes up as it would be disappointing if she didn't return, i was excited at the possibility of Eddie returning as he appeared to be on the episode 4 slide but he didn't appear in the episode which was a bummer.

You're right, it could only make sense if she's in Wellington, because a lot of survivors know that it is a safe place.
If Lilly comes back then she'll be another character ruined no doubt.

Lilly coming back is more realistic than Kenny's return, and I'm sure that Lilly won't be as annoying as Kenny. And it makes a great plot for season 3.
Hell, that Omid theory is actually pretty good. That sounds very realistic.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Take my upvote.

As much as I want Lilly to come back, you're really reaching with trying to find a hidden meaning in that tweet.
