Nah, I'm pretty sure these files are in the game, but regardless just because something was cut doesn't make it non-canon. When you get to audio files, most things are cut for the sake of time restraints, not because they didn't fit plot-wise.

If something has been cut from the final product, then it's not canon.
That doesn't change the intent. She still has panic attacks in the game. Whether they are explicitly called that or not doesn't change them.
Well as someone who's found them in the speech extractor program I can confirm that they are used so that's null and void anyway.
