What is your ideal death for Kenny?

  • I think he will get bit, and then sacrifice himself to save his daughter and son (Clementine and the baby xD)

  • Sacrificing himself in order to save the baby. Maybe the blanket that is wrapped around the baby will be lost and Kenny will take of his coat to keep the baby warm. After this, he'll slowly freeze to death.

An infected nipple from trying to breastfeed the baby.

  • Dolphin's vengeance.

  • How I want him to die:

A noble sacrifice on par with his deed at the end of S1E5.

How (knowing our luck) he will die:

A slow, aggravating, painful death due to an eye infection. A quiet death for a loud man.

  • that's so racist

    He'll sacrifice himself most likely

  • Maybe he will save Luke. Or Luke will save him. That'd end this "Luke vs Kenny" championship.

  • salt-licked by lilly now that is irony

  • S1E5 Ben/Kenny parallel, where instead Luke tries to save Kenny.

  • Well considering he already had the chance to die heroically, and sacrificing himself, I don't think Telltale will give him the same chance again. I guess he would die a little less fulfilling, where he would die doing something he believed in. As Carlos said "There are consequences to rash actions." So due to his rashness, one of his choices are going to get him killed.

or jump in front of a bullet, that would be way more feely than the death you mentioned, reminded me of the stupid jack death in titanic

  • Off screen and not cared about.

  • Telltale knows how much fans love Kenny thats why he came back, no way he's gonna die offscreen

  • Painfully.

He overshadowed everyone. Left barely any room for development to better characters.

  • by that logic Clem will die too

I think if he's going to die to save anyone, it'll be Luke. Playing up this whole Luke vs. Kenny fiasco, the biggest shock would be Kenny doing something genuinely heroic to save someone he, for all intents and purposes, has no reason or desire to save. Until he comes back in Season 3 and ruins it by calling Luke a s***bird.

  • Freezing to death will be slower and much more dramatic, IMO.

I doubt they'll be able to make something better than his "death" in that alley in season 1.

  • to quete the cutest girl in the world "dying like this is stupid"

  • Why? I don't think this death is stupid. He'll let himself suffer for the sake of baby. And Telltale never did something like this in their game.

  • jumping in front of a bullet to save Clem, then while dying giving an emotional speech about life and death, THAT would be the perfect ending to Kennys life

  • Most likely by saving the baby or even Clem.

If he dies, TT better give him a great freaking send off if he's gone for good this time.

  • Oh please nothing long and painful. Being eaten by zombies would actually be a very stupid way to die for him.

  • Honestly, it seems too cliche.

  • There's a reason why the phrase "tongue-in-cheek" was invented, friend.

Tony Montana would wipe the floor with Kenneth. Let's get real here...

i feel like the only way i want Kenny to go is if he sacrifices himself to save Clem (for example taking a bullet) and then giving a very emotional/inspirational speech, just before dying, i know that would make me cry and smile at the same time, it would be the perfect ending to Kennys story arc, maybe it could even save season 2. The absolute worst thing that could happen is if Kenny survives another season, don't get me wrong, i love Kenny, and i will always remember him for all the good things he did, never for the bad things, but if he survives another season it would just be way to repetitive.

those are my 5 cents :)

  • I wish he'd die off in the opening shootout so that we can focus more on Clem's relationship with the other survivors. But since that's clearly not going to happen, I do hope his death is related to his eye getting infected. I can see him going delirious and weak, as the infection addles his brain and forces Clem to realize that she may have to let go of him.

  • If Kenny was to die, I believe he would get bitten. However he would take time to say his goodbyes or in particular just to Clementine. As Clementine you have a choice to 'Hug Kenny' or 'Console Kenny'

If you 'Hug Kenny', you enter a long hug during which Kenny turns and Clem is forced to kill him, or if you can't another person has to do it, both options leaving Clem empty and upset.

If you 'Console Kenny', you say your goodbyes before he leaves the room (if they're inside?) and kills himself, however Clem still results in feeling upset and empty.

This is just a concept of mine but frankly, Kenny is the last person I want to die (except Clem).

  • Telltale also knew how much fans love Nick... Just saying...

  • It's gotta be about the eye. It's gonna be infected and he's gonna die because of that. If it wasn't that, Telltale would have more than likely shown us how his eye was at Ep4, instead of having only Clem see it.

  • Kenny should turn into a zombie, but he's conscious and helps the survivors. He'll communicate with hand gestures and kick zombie ass, zombie vs zombie style. Also HE'S MAD

  • He's practically already a zombie in Season 2, having survived certain death twice now.

  • And now he needs to become a complete zombie.

Now I want to be breastfed by Kenny.

  • I actually think that would be the best way for Kenny to die. It's common for any series to try to give a long lasting character a heroic death, but sometimes death is inevitable. It would also be the best for Clementine in terms of story, as Kenny still would have technically given his life for her, as he only received the beating to protect her. Kenny has already lost a family, twice, his story arc seems to be nearing the end and It would make sense that an infected wound will lead to his death.

One of the lessons I feel Clem has left to learn is that nobody is safe and that even if they stick together it doesn't matter. To her I feel Kenny is an example of one man being able to survive the odds, and his death would teach her that final lesson, making her into a character that could lead a group on her own despite her age. Kenny is the last link she has to her childhood, unless of course we run into Molly, Christa, or Lilly again... granted depending on what happened before Lilly is questionable.

With season 2 about to wrap up, I feel that they are going to do something unexpected to get people hyped for Season 3. I don't feel they'll end it with Clementine alone like they did in Season 1. But I have a feeling at least two of the remaining current group isn't going to make it and I think Kenny is on the short list for that. But that is just a thought.
